Participants will explore the characteristics, benefits and best practices associated with Project Based Learning (PBL) curriculum design. Throughout the course, participants will reflect upon their own instructional practice as they explore the fundamentals of PBL through Intel Online Learning Modules, selected readings, and videos focused on organizing the curriculum, classroom considerations, and applications for students. Technology is can be a key component of PBL and participants will also explore ways technology can support this instructional approach. The course will culminate with participants developing a finished project to implement in the classroom.
